Check a cold email before it sends
Paste a subject and body. The checker looks for the CAN-SPAM basics and the habits Gmail warns about, then shows what's missing. It runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

What the checker found
These are automated pattern checks, not a legal review. A pass means the text is present, not that it's accurate. Only you can confirm the address is real and the subject is honest.
Free 4-step sequence templates
Two plain-text sequences, one for MSPs and IT firms and one for recruiting firms, with the footer built in. Replace every bracketed part with facts you can back up.

What the checks are based on
Which checks are legal requirements?
Under the FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide, every commercial email needs accurate headers, a subject that isn't deceptive, a clear notice that it's an ad, a valid postal address and a working opt-out honored within 10 business days. B2B email isn't exempt. This page can check the text for the notice, address and opt-out, but only you can confirm they're accurate.
Where do the other checks come from?
The fake "Re:" and "Fwd:" warning and the one-click unsubscribe note come from Google's email sender guidelines. Word count and link count are Reply Garden's own guidelines for cold email, not rules.
Is an AI note required?
CAN-SPAM doesn't require one. California's bot disclosure law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17941) can apply when a bot communicates online to drive a sale. We add an AI note to every email because it's honest.
Does anything I paste get stored?
No. The checks run in your browser and nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Rather have it run for you?
Get a free setup audit: we check your domain's MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC and write a sample 3-step sequence for your buyers, by email within 2 business days. If you want us to run it, the pilot is $299 for the first month. We make no promises about meetings or revenue.
