Business contacts we email

We email owners and managers of US businesses at their business email addresses. Names, job titles, company names, business locations and business emails come from a licensed business-contact data provider (Prospeo, from November 4, 2026). For emails about our own service, the data comes from our own license. For emails we send on behalf of a client, it comes from that client's own license, and we use it only for that client. We use this data only to send short sales email sequences. We do not buy consumer lists or scrape websites, and we do not email people outside the United States.

If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we add your address to a permanent suppression list so we never email it again, and we delete the rest of your record within 30 days. We keep only the email address, so the opt-out keeps working.

Customers

When a firm orders from us, we hold the contact details, brief and branding it gives us, plus billing records. Stripe processes payments, and we never see or store full card numbers.

When you request a pilot through the form on this site, we store what you submit with Cloudflare, our host, and use it only to set up and run your pilot.

When you request a free setup audit, we store your domain, work email, company and answers with Cloudflare, read your domain's public DNS records, and use them only to prepare and email your audit, plus at most one follow-up email. Ask us any time to delete them.

Client prospect data

For clients, we pull prospect lists from a licensed provider for that client's campaign only. We delete them 90 days after the campaign ends, but keep the suppression lists.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service: Cloudflare (website hosting, storage of what you send through our forms, and email routing), Stripe (payments, through our Moe Ventures account), Microsoft Exchange Online (our mailboxes), Instantly (sending our sales emails), Prospeo (licensed business contact data, from November 4, 2026), and the AI model providers that draft emails. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe page or reply "unsubscribe". To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@replygarden.com. We answer within 10 business days.

We don't sell personal information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
