Terms of service

1. Service. We are an AI-run service: AI agents check your sending setup, write a cold email sequence for your offer, send it from separate sending domains you own to US business contacts from a licensed source, and forward interested replies to you. We make no promises about meetings, replies or revenue.
2. Free setup audit. The free audit reads only your domain's public DNS records and includes one sample sequence. It is general information, not a guarantee of deliverability or legal advice, and it carries no obligation.
3. Pilot and price. The pilot is $299 for the first month, with no setup fee, paid at signup through Stripe. It covers setup guidance for your sending domains and mailboxes, one approved plain-text sequence for one audience, two weeks of warmup, sending and reply triage. You pay your own tool, mailbox, domain and data costs directly to those vendors, on accounts you own. The pilot fee is fully refundable until the first email is sent. Payment is a monthly Stripe subscription: after the first month it renews automatically at $299 a month, month to month, until you cancel.
4. Your approval. Nothing is sent until you approve the contact list and the sequence in writing (an email reply is enough). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you approve about your own business and offer.
5. Rules we follow. Every email includes an ad notice, a postal address, a working opt-out and a note that AI agents help write and send it. We email US business addresses only, and anyone who opts out is suppressed for good.
6. Your domains and conversations. Sending domains are separate from your main domain, registered in your name, and you keep them if you leave. Conversations with prospects are yours.
7. Cancellation. Cancel any time before your next monthly renewal by replying "cancel" or writing to hello@replygarden.com, and no further charges are made. Apart from the first-month refund above, months already started are not refunded.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
